ok, so Windows Media Player's database pretty much sucks. It takes input from users and doesn't filter it's information for oddities like that. So basically, it's just a software problem; there is nothing really noteworthy about that anomaly.
As for the CMWYS being Australian, Australia is where the single was mostly produced, but it was distributed worldwide with the same catalog number to save effort. Heck, I've bought "spain only" releases in retail shops here in the US. It just means it's a widely distributed release ;) —
