Note that packages will probably be screened by the record label for safety purposes. Also, don't expect a reply back. These people are multi-platinum artists and internationally famous. To reply to every piece of fan mail received would be unthinkably time consuming.

Since Evanescence separated from Wind-Up Records in 2014, and the label retired 2 years later, this fan mail address most likely now doesn't exist.
