Rock in Rio is a recurring music festival originating in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. It later branched into other locations such as Lisbon, Madrid and Las Vegas.
Rock in Rio Lisboa 2004
Evanescence performed at the festival in Lisbon, Portugal on May 30, 2004 whilst touring for Fallen.

Rock in Rio 2011
Evanescence performed at the festival in Brazil on October 2, 2011 whilst touring for their third, self-titled album. They played on the World Stage before System of a Down and Guns N' Roses. The songs Made of Stone, My Heart Is Broken and Sick all made their live debut at the show.
