Contrariamente ai pensieri della gente, Amy Lee non scrisse questa canzone come scherzo. In un'intervista con Spin Magazine ha accennato che il brano fosse dedicato a Ben Moody. Contiene soltanto parti vocali di Amy Lee, non livellate, con un semplice accompagniamento di pianoforte. Possono essere sentiti dei vocalizzi sperimentali rispetto agli standard degli Evanescence. E' la canzone con il titolo più lungo mai pubblicata dal gruppo..

Il brano fu pubblicato come una bonus track su iTunes quando The Open Door fu pubblicato (l'album doveva essere prenotato dal sito web) e subito si diffuse su Internet. Il brano fu anche pubblicato come B-side nel Singolo di Lithium.

Secondo Amy, il vero testo del secondo verso è "they're my own veins" e non una qualsiasi altra variazione come altre persone pensassero essere il vero testo.
