It was a band co-founded by David Hodges in 2002, after leaving Evanescence. It's formerly called Trading Yesterday. It signed to Epic Records in the summer of 2004 but parted ways with the label in 2005.

Amy Lee's husband, Josh Hartzler, has writing credits on their two albums. The related songs are She Is The Sunlight and Elizabeth from the debut album, and Revolution, My Last Goodbye, and Come Back To Me from their second album.
