The "My Immortal" single was released on December 8, 2003.[1] This was the first single release to not have a DVD single released in the UK.

Industry promotional releases

US radio singles

3 singles were produced for the United States radio scene. One containing the [Band Version (No Strings)] mix with a distinctively different cover, and the other containing the [Band Version (Guitars Down)] mix with the standard artwork. Both also contain the album version of the track. The last one has no special artwork on the CD itself although comes with 3 tracks (no other WUJC release has ever come with 3 tracks) rather than 2 tracks like the other "My Immortal" promos or 1 track only like all the other WUJC singles.
